How can I test the perfume risk-free?
You get a free sample with every perfume order so you can test the scent thoroughly. This gives you the security of knowing that you can test the fragrance risk-free before you have to open the bottle packaging. We can only accept returns if the security seals on the perfume packaging are undamaged.
Once your return has been received and checked, you will immediately receive a refund of your purchase price.
What is the difference between Eau de Cologne, Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum?
The fragrance concentration makes the difference: the higher the fragrance concentration, the higher quality the perfume is. In general it can be said that an Eau de Cologne contains between 3 - 5% fragrance oil. Eau de toilette comes to 6 - 9%. an Eau de Parfum contains around 10 to 15%. The Sxygott Arise even contains 20% fragrance oil.

How do I return my package?
The seal on the perfume packaging must not be damaged, otherwise we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
