Return shipping

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

For a refund of the purchase price, the seals and packaging must not be damaged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The perfume sample does not have to be sent back to us.

You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself. Please make sure that you send the package back to us with return tracking, otherwise we cannot refund the purchase price if the package is lost.

When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account.

Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to have an item exchanged, please send pictures of the defects to our email info@syxgott.de
